While the increase in value never keeps pace with the needs, yet it has been real. At present it can be said that there has been a 33 per cent increase in the assessed value'of each school district since the original bond issues. There is every reason to feel that each year until three years after the building boom ends there will be a 5 per cent increase in assessed p&lue.
