The other half will be supplied by state and county funds if one-half is raised locally. Wonder Lake has a population equal to that of McHenry; and our people have comparable incomes. And yet ' the people of McHenry have pledged triple the amount of money our people have pledged. • Let's not be ashamed of a small pledge. That money can buy a curtain, or a scalpel. Those who can may pledge the $100 pledges. And those wlio can make only the little pledges, should do I .so.
