ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE McHENRY COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That in compliance with the provisions of the McHenry County Zoning Ordinance relative to a variation of the zoning classification of property a jpiiblic hearing will be had before the McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals in connection with the application of Ethel M. Rev Hargraves has an interestingly varied background. He is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical college, Union Theological seminary and Columbia university. He served as newspaper editor, college professor and education officer in India during the war. In lf !g, along with Don Benedict ai.d will Webber, Rev. Harg'tavis founded the East Harlem Protestant parish. In 1952 he came to Chicago and ispdeveloping the work of the'1'WestvSide Christian parish which now includes two churches and work with thirty-five block groups in two distinct neighborhoods. Having worked with people in underprivileged Circumstances, he is well acquainted with problems of families in below average environment.
