Painted in the famous yellow and green of the North Western's "400" streamliner fleet, the cars are unique in seating 169 persons, thus being the largest capacity cars of any railroad equipment in the country. .The sixteen cars, costing approximately $2,240,000, will be delivered at the rate of about one a week and will be assigned to suburban service on the railway's Galena, Wisconsin, and Milwaukee divisions.
