McHENRY SCOUTS ENJOY OUTING AT CAMP LOWDEN NEW BUILDING CODE Steps toward amending the county zoning ordinance and the adoption of a new building code were accomplishments of the county board of supervisors in session last week. Under the new code the fee will be determined by square footage involved rather than a flat rate. Fees for issuing of construction, as well as for residential and other phases of building will be revised. HARDEST BUSIEST CHEAPEST WORKERS IN TOWN PLAINDEALER WANT ADS Sunday started a week of camping for twenty-three boys of Boy Scout Troop 161 of McHenry, who are at - Camp Lowden, Oregon, 111. The camp occupies many beautiful, wooded acres on the Rock river about 90 miles southwest of McHenry. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Aufrecht registered the McHenry group, in camp at 3 p.m. Sunday. Boys staying one week are Carl Antonson, James Jones, Ronald Nitz, James Peterson, Harry stinespring, Gary Franclce, Dennis Huff, Kenneth Lishamer and Scott Miller. A guest night program was held on Wednesday night, with parents attending and taking refreshments which w^re served after the campfire program. Many boys of Troop 161 will stay at Camp Lowden for two weeks. They are„Walter Aufrecht, Jr., Kenneth Booster, Roy Erickson, Harold and Robert Foss, Tony Freels, Richard Herdrich, Kenneth Homo, Terry Jordon, Don Kibbe, Arthur Sternickle, John Larson, Kenneth Pope and Gerald Thennes. Harry Stinespring, Jr., will share camping accommodations with the boys on Friday evening when he travels to Camp Lowden to reoeivo the Order of th«» Arrow award in an interest ceremony.
