A. had meeting on Feb. 15 and they decided to have an April party, however definite^ plans for the party have not yet been discussed. There will be a district' meeting in Evanston this.,.month and Kathleen Anglese has been invited to attend this meeting as she is the district officer. The F. H. Lindsay of St. Charles as his state central committeewoman to succeed the late Mrs. Pearl Duncan of Glen Ellyn. Working with Mrs. Lindsay as co-chairwoman is Mrs. Irma Wells of Harvard. TWICxVl-Y-FIVE YEARS AGO From Issue of February 19, 1981 Tragedy at Wonder Lake-- Tragedy haunted' the shores of Wonder Lake when two men were drowned In its icy waters Tuesday and a woman, the wife of one of the victims, is lying at the point of death, following her heroic but ineffectual efforts to rescue . them. The victims are Martin Klintworth, 36, a farmer residing on the east bank of Wonder Lake, and Harry Butler, about 26 years old, a farm hand employed by Klintworth.
