Their first call was to the Bay area, where an elderly gentleman fell from his boat info the water. She was transferred from her home to Memorial hospital by ambulance. We sincerely hope Mrs. Newall is on the up-grade to health by the time this is printed. The squad was called shortly after* that to the river, where someone had slipped on the pier and received a gash in their head. The members administered first aid. As long as we are' speaking of the rescue squad, tickets for their annual dance coming up in November are still available. The tickets can be purchased from any of the members or business places.
