Girl Scouts After a long, long wait, the girl acout troop has been assigned a troop number. They will now be jenown as lone troop No. 5, and in the near future be assigned another number from their syboquay council. The scouts had their investiture ceremony at the cen- .ter last Friday night. It was a very impressive affair. Everyone also enjoyed the entertainment and refreshments. There will be fashions for the whole family, with some of our local mothers participating as models. There will also be a "crazy hat" contest for all who want to enter, and refreshments will be served. Teenagers T h e highland continentals' meeting is tonight at the center. Business is not the* only item on the agenda. After the business meeting, they will have their "funnite" which will give everyone an opportunity to display his pet project or hobby.
