The third bill refers to a more equalized tax assessment between townships within the same county. President of the village, J. R.Levesque, appointed himself to serve in the capacity of police commissioner, with Gene Piotrowski and Roy Zody serving with him on the committee. This commission includes fire protection. The next meeting of the board will be held on Monday, June 24, at 8 p.m. in the beachhouse. The audience at these meetings has been very good.
