Career women and busy homemakers will like this recipe for frozen fish fillets smothered in sour cream sauce and poured into a ring of fluffy, white rice. Garnish with parsley, and* you have a glamorous mam dish suitable for a buffet dinner party. We suggest serving it with buttered snap beans, browrt 'n serve cloverleaf rolls, an easy peach-cottage cheese salad, ana for dessert (made the day before), chocolate Bavarian cream. 1 pound fr^?en fish fillets % cup minced onions 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1% cups sour creafn 1 teaspoon salt ^ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons water 4 cups hot cooked rice 1 tablespoon minced parsley Thaw fillets and cut into cubes. Cook onions in butter until soft. Add sour cream, salt and paprika. Bring to a boil. Add fish. Return to the boiling point; lower heat. Simmer until fish is tender, about 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch and water. Stir into creamed fish very carefully. Cook until thickened. Pack rice lightly into a buttered 8-inch rihg mold. Let stand in Warm plade about 5 minutes. Loosen sides with knife. Unmold onto a warm platter. Fill center with creamed fish. Sprinkle with the parsley.
