Because of the tremendous rate of growth, in McHenry County, sound, practical lay-outs for towns and villages is a necessity. Proper school sites, and business areas will, be centrally located to serve the greatest number of residents. Every town and village will have a voice in the county as far as encouraging the right kind of industry and keeping undesirable Ones put. This planning will be on a county .vide basis so the over all picture will be properly laid out. A month's span between board meetings proved to be too long in order to carry on the proper function of the village. Council meetings are back on schedule-- the second and fourth Monday of every month. Mr. McGee and Mr. Patzke, invited guests, informed the board of the new mailing route. The change could not go into effect until permission was granted from the federal government, and this has been received. .
