Marie was elected at the recent meeting held in McHenry at which some 225 members and guests attended. Kathleen Freund serves as secretary of the association. Banquet Held in Ingleside The Thursday night ladies league held their aiinual banquet in Ingleside last week. Forty-one1 ladies enjoyed dinner together after which the current and future business was discussed. The new slate of officers for next season's bowling were chosen at this meeting. They are as follows'- Lois Anderson as president, Mary Tomasello as vice-president, Marge Voase as secretary, Laura Schmitt as treasurer. and Barbara Malinowski a s s e r g e a n t - a t - a r m s . A f a l l meeting will take place later. At that time the various teams will be chosen. To bring this enjoyable evening to a climax several of the ladies had gotten together a little skit which proved quite "side splitting." Ethel Rad portrayed her role as the lighthouse keeper to perfection while pixie Harriet Marshall added the lightness to the skit as the young daughter. Barb a r a M a l i n o w s k i h u s t l e d around in her portrayal of the mother while Bonnie Meyers "gave her all" as the nurse. Alice Ross should receive some kind of award for her dual role as the villain and the doctor. Mind you, these girls did this on thfrir own and came as a eomplete surprise to one and all. They even brought along costumes to make the play even more authentic. All in all it sure was a lot of fun. New Residents It seems like our community has become even more' popu- SPECIAL!
