The auxiliary presented two nurse scholarships to high school graduates during the year and intend to make two more awards during the coming year. Mr. Wright also reported that the women's auxiliary has 6ver $75,000 in their building fund which they will turn over to the hospital for ffie"construction project. The nominating committee presented the names of the board members to be elected. Present board members who were re-elected for three years were William Burfeindt, McHenry; William Carroll, Jr., Robert Hooker, William Tittle, Raymond Kohl and Mrs. Charles Wright, all of Woodstock. Mrs. David -Joslyn was elected to the board as a representative of the women's auxiliary and. John Buckie, McHenry, was elected for a two-year term to fill the unexpired term of Donald Johnson. Refreshments were served following the meeting by the women of the hospital auxiliary. The board of directors met following the association meeting and re-elected the same officers: William Tittle, president; Rev.
