He is a. 1958 graduate of St. Mary's parochial school. IOBPI lOEKOl Frank F. Block Frank F. Block, 71, a native of McHenry, died unexpectedly while at work at Zioh Lutheran church, Marengo, Aug. 12. He was employed there Jas maintenance man. The deceased was born Dec. 12, 1886, in McHenry, but had «ade his home in Marengo r the last forty-four years. Prior to his retirement from the Marengo Borden company plant in 1953, he had been employed 7 there forty-nine years. For the past three years he had been caretaker for Zion Lutheran church- and school. His father, two staters, three brothers and two grandsons preceded him in death. He is ^rvived by his mother, Mrs. Minnie Block, of McHenry; the widow, Mrs. Elsa Eickstadt Block, of Marengo; a daughter, Janice, of Marengo; five sons, Alwyn and Aaron, both of Marengo, Frank of Chicago, Wayne of Elgin and Sievert of Montague, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Feltz of McHenry, Mrs. Elsie Voeltz of algin and Mrs. Alfrieda Drey- I of Forest Park; a brother, Louis, of McHenry; nine grand- Children and several nieces and ntphews. Services were held at 2 o'clock Friday from the Marengo Lutheran church, with burial in Marengo City cemetery. Joseph Otto Joseph E. Otto,* 54, a Brookfield real estate man for twen- %-?ive years and a part-time resident of Hickory Grange for the past eight years, died Sunday, Aug. 24, following a short illness. He is survived by his widow, Mildred, two sons, Charles L. and . Joseph E. Otto, Jr.; his father, Louis Otto; one brothel Edward J.; and one sister, Helen R. Otto. ^Mr; Otto was a member of We LaGrange Real Estate board. Services were held Tuesday morning from Emmanuel Episcopal church in LaGrange, with interment in Bronswootl cemetery. * George McNamara Services were held Wednesday, Aug.. 27, for George McNamara, formerly of Chicago tfld more recently of Pistakee Highlands. Mr. McNamara leaves h i s wife, Margaret Koerner McNamara; and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Young, of DesPlaines. The body rested at the Justen- Hamsher funeral home in Fox Lake. Burial was private.
