It seems as though the Christmas vacation just began and now it is all over. How quiet the house seems and how nice to be backto normal. Notice It has always been our policy not to use this column for complaints or gripes. However, there is a situation that prevails that is getting out of hand, and we feel it bears airing out. There have been at least two reports of outside tree lights being stolen over the holidays, and a report of a more serious nature, the theft of a package from a mail box. If these two situations are related, we hope the party or parties responsible are aware of the seriousness of the latter misdeed.
