Election News The Fred Garners are fixing up the little house next to theirs for our polling place. READ THE WANT ADS Birthdays Through the grapevine I heard that Mrs. Casey had company in to help her celebrate her birthday last week. Leah Fritz celebrated her •birthday" for two days, her inlaws came on Saturday aind her family came on Sunday. I forgot to ask her which one it was but best wishes to both of these women. The senior Harringtons' grandchild, Barbara, celebrated her fifth birthday while staying at their home. This little ball of fire sure keeps her grandparents jumping while she stays with them. Sick List Mrs. Plank, who has been sick in a Chicago hospital, should be back with us when this copy comes out. She is doing nicely. It is rather hard for her when her family lives in the city and she is out here, but Mrs. Muleski keeps an eye on her and helps her out. Here and There The children%ad Monday off so I took them into Chicago to catch up with some visiting and we came home with some more models for our basement. Bill has been hanging the models that the boys have been making from the ceiling in the basement so with panther heads, bison and deer heads and real live looking squirrels our basement is beginning to look like a hobby shop. We should hang up signs stating it is a room strictly for the male sex. I guess most of us have been griping about the roads but they are slowly coming back to normal and we are more fortunate than Pistakee Terrace because the water has been coming across the road some- ^llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII | VILLA NURSING HOME I ON PISTAKEE BAY NEAR McHENRY I >me for the Aged SENILE BED PATIENTS | PHONE McHENRY 461 | ^iiiiiiiiiiiiiimiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii'iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiHiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Located la Die VUlag* oi McCaUom Lah* 2 Vz mi. •ad WwVt UKC Komi PHOKE719 CANDI FtSBSH the lay they're made!
