Baptized The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Rowe of Woodstock was baptized at the Methodist church jn Ringwood Sunday morning. A dinner followed at the paternal grandparents in Woodstock. Bees Mrs. Earl Kunz had c^uite an experience Thursday morning when a swarm of bees invaded her place. Luckily she didn't get stung. She tried smoking them out and did everything she knew how but they finally left. Sick List Mrs. Paul Walkington underwent surgery at the Woodstock hospital Thursday. Mrs. James Wegener is in the hospital at Harvard where ! she underwent surgery. Rummage Sale The W.S.C.S. will hold a | rummage sale in the church \ basement Oct. 16 and 17. LUTHERAN FAMILY FORUM WILL BE HELD IN AREA The annual Lutheran Home Finding society family forum, sponsored by the Social Mission society of the Lutheran church, will be .held at Grace Lutheran church in Woodstock Monday, Sept. 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. These forums are being held in fourteen congregations all over 111 i n o i s. Outstanding speakers and discussions Readers will be there to talk about adoption, foster homes, family problems and many other subjects.
