Present Civil Defense Program At Big Hollow "Home Preparedness and Fallout" will be the theme of the civil defense program presented at Big Hollow grade school P.T.A. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 8 p.m. Richard W. Wilier of Libertyville, Lake county civil defense director, and William J. Klein, director for Fox Lake, will show films on fallout.
