The Harners had dinner out and then attended a party in Arlington Heights on Wednesday. The Ryans^spent Ne)v Year's eve with Marion and'Ray Anderson and Sandy and John Stephan at a Chicago night club. They had a champagne supped and enjoyed dancing and a floor show. On New Year's day Lois' mother and stepfather. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wonsik and her sister, Gertrude Lynn, and Marion and Ray Anderson, all attended dinner at the Ryar home. . '* ,' • The Alfords had a delightful Christmas weekend with Marion's folks in Caithage. Mr. and Mrs. Orth welcomed their daughter and her family warmly for the holiday. ' The Harner family enjoyed Christmas eve with Bill's folks. Dr. and Mrs. LeRoy Harner, in Chicago. On Christmas day the LeRoy, Harners returned the visit and had a delightful dinner with Hannah, Bill and the children. The Hutchins ons spent Christmas eve Vvith Bill's folks in Prospect Heights. They stayed tne night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Hutchinson. Then Christmas day they journeyed to JoAnn's sister's home in Chicago. In Closing The new officers oi the Women's club did a fine job. The meeting went quite well and the gals are to be commended. We hope that everyone turns uit for the next meeting.
