Elgin has an exceptional golfer in Dave Huskio, who won the state championship in 1959. The players on the Maroon team are all capable of shooting in the 70's. Because of the water. . and wet course the McHenry team has started slowly. Last Thursday was the first practice. Gary Adams will probably be in the No. 1 position and will have his hands full' against 'Dave Huskie. Gary is practicing hard every day so that he will be in top form against the state champ.
