Mrs. Florence Foran of Me- Henry, who has studied at Aiundelein college and Pestalozzi School of Education, has been engaged to teach first Krade at Burton's Bridge school the coming school year. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Purvey and Mrs. Maud Jones returned recently from a trip to Mackinac Island, the locks at Sault Ste-Marie and points of interest in Canada. Mrs. Donald Dowe and baby of Bloomington are visiting relatives here this week.. Frank Martin has returned to his home in Belleview, Fla., after a visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Martin.
