McHENRY SINGERS PARTICIPATE IN MESSIAH PROGRAM The Harvard Choral society will present the twenty-second annual performance of George Frederick Handel's "The Messiah" next Sunday evening, Dec. 18, at 8 p.m. at the Harvard Community high school. The chorus will be composed of 150 singers from Harvard, Alden, Capron, Marengo, McHenry, Rockford, Walworth, Delavan and Sharon. It will be directed this year, as it has been from the very first year, by Francis F. Fardig, director of choral music at the Harvard Community high school. Among McHenry singers taking part are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kissling and son, Bert, Mrs. Helen Mathis and Miss Shirley Ross. Everyone is invited to attend. A free will offering will be taken.
