(Easter Seal society). At Saturday's monthly l»oard of directors', luncheon, Mrs! Vennen Ward of Spring Grove, county-wide campaign chairman, pointed out that the amount was substantially above that of last year's at the same period. Money realized goes largely toward the work of the Easter Seal therapy center in Woodstock. The county's generous response means primarily one thing; the center's physical and speech therapy activities will continue to grow. The ultimate result will be more and better service on the part of the society, the only one in the area directing its energies to treating persons with crippling diseases and speech defects.
