A new front fender for a Volkswagen doesn't mean major surgery. Just 10 bolts, and you're in business. The Volkswagen people made simple maintenance a part of the car's design; and they did it while the VW was still on the drawing board. In fact, they went a lot deeper than the fenders. Example: we can remove and replace the whole engine in 90 minutes. (If you wanted to keep the engine and replace the car, it would take longer. But it's possible. That's because we--and all our fellow VW dealers--have every VW part in stock or on tap.) Of course, as your VW dealer, we do have this edge: most VW parts are interchangeable from one year to the next. So if your 1951 VW needed a fender, II wouldn't be any more trouble (or expense) thou if it were a 1961. Or we'll be happy to replace a whole VW for you. For just 51,595* Brand new.
