June 7. 1962) ORDINANCE NO. 52 ' AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON PUBLIC W HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, the parking of motor vehicles along the public streets and rights of way within the Village during the night has prevented proper snow plowing, thus creating unreasonable traffic hazards on and upon the public streets and rights-of-way: NOW, THERLFORE. BE IT ^ ORDAINED BY THE BOARD •OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCULLOM LAKE AS FOLLOWS: Section I. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on the public streets or rightsof- way adjacent thereto between the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. from November 1st to March 31st of each year commencing with November ^lst, 1962, when snow plowing activity is going on or may be required. Section 2. Any person convicted of the .offense described in this Ordinance shall be fined not less ftoan One ($1.00) Dollar nor more than One Hundred ($100.00* Dollars. Section 3.
