John Rourke, hustling Warrior back court man, was the game's outstanding performer as he alertly picked off passe; by the Broncos and added 2C points to the McHenry cause Lloyd Smith also did a fine job in the losing effort. Barrington jumped off ir front as they raced to an 18-1C first quarter advantage. In the preliminary game, the Barrington underclassmen were the first team to keep the McHenry soph point total below 50 points as they defeated the Orange and Black soph's 47-42. Regardless of weather conditions, the McHenry Sportsmen's Club will hold its monthly prize trap shoot Sunday January 27 commencing at 10 a.m. on the club grounds near Pistakee Lake. Food and shells will be available.
