The" opening date is May 26, but there is a general cleanup scheduled for Saturday, May 18. If you should have any spare white out-door paint around the house, please bring it along to the general cleanup. Nails, rakes, shovels, lawn mowers, etc., would also be appreciated if you should happen to have a hand free. For further information concerning the first cleanup, contact Frank Jacek at 385-5884. An extra added attraction for the day will be refreshments for anyone who hankers for a quick drink. In case of sljpwers, the general cleanup will be postponed till May 19, Sunday. Circle May 18, on- your calendar today, and be sure to check for your own personal date on the beach committees' list. Let's all try for a big turnout. Roller Skating Party Dig out those old skates, polish them up, and let's all go roller skating next Wednesday, May 15, from 8 to 11. Tickets are available from Bob Petersen or can be obtained at the box office. Now don't forget to come and we guarantee a good time for all. t Happy Mother's Day To All This coming Sunday is a very important day for all of us to remember. It is the one day of the year set aside to honor our Mothers, wives and grandmothers. Be sure to remember her this Sunday with an extra special treat like dinner out, or perhaps a corsage, or even help with those dirty dishes is a great treat for MOM. Sewing Club The next meeting of the Sewing Club will be Tuesday, May 14, at Louise Winters' home. Be sure to come and bring all of your darning and yarning. See you there. Home Again Glad to hear that Roberta Mieritl has returned home from her two week stay at the Mayo Brothers Clinic. Welcome home, Roberta, and we are all happy to hear you are feeling in the pink. Hospital News Last weekend Art Cicchini was admitted to McHenry hospital for a few days. We all hope he is feeling better and will be quick to recover. Cast Removed A week ago Saturday Dawn Ewald had the cast removed from her leg. Dawn, who had a broken ankle bone, returned home from the doctor's office to find a new two wheeler bike awaiting her.
