Koehler walked down the aisle of Zion Lutheran church last Saturday, June 22, pretty in a floor length white gown, to become the bride of Mr. Roger Carl Frtund. Pastor Carl Lobitz ofr ficiated at the 4 o'clock nuptial rite in a church decorated with two large bouquets of mums and carnations. Miss Koehler is the daughter of Jacob Koehler of 2915 Victoria avenue, McHenry, and her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Freund of 3931 W. Main street, McHenry Mrs Maria Guettler presided at the organ and accompanied Earl Conway, who sang "The Lord's Prayer" and "O Perfect Love." Miss Koehler's gown was all lace, styled with pixie sleeves, sequins on the neckline, large white roses around the back, with silk and net underskirts and a short train. A crown of crystal sequins held her veil in i face, and she carried a bouquet of mums and carnations. Her jewelry was a crystal necklace. Ann Koehler of Cicero acted as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were her sisters, Lucille and Nancy. Ann wore a floor length, mint green gown, strapless with attachable boat neck collar and large rose in front. The other girls wore in the same style dresses, Nancy in aqua and Lucille in orchid. They wore crowns decorated with sequins and carried bouquets of mums and carnations in various hues. All had crystal necklaces and earrings and white nylon gloves. The flower girl, Shirley Kostka of Brookfleld, a niece of the bride, wore a yellow, floor length dress with small crown of sequins. She carried a basket of mums and carnations. Johnny Wolowic of Grayslake served as best man and groomsmen were Charles Kostka of Brookfield, brother-inlaw of the bride, and Bill Covey of Cooney Heights. Ricky WoTowic was the ring bearer. Diedrifch of McHlenry were married at 11:30 high Mass at 0)rist the King church in Wonder Lake on Saturday, June 22, by Father James Vanderpool. The pretty blonde bride was attired in a two-piece, white linen suit with turquoise trim and wore a wmte hat with a white blusher veil. Her only jewelry was a silver pendant cross and she carried a bouquet of white carnations fashioned in colonial style. Her attendant, Sue Ann Hill of Arlington Heights, wore a beige two-piece suit with coraj accessqries and a beige pillbox hat. Her bouquet was of .white carnations and beige ribbon and net. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Donald was attended by his brother, Roy, as best man. Charlene attended Woodstock high school and is employed at the Telephone company jn Woodstock. Her groom attended McHenry high school and is employed at the Lennon Beverage company. They plan to live In McHenry. Miss Liptrot Wed Saturday A beautiful wedding was solemnized last Saturday, June 22, in St. Mary's Catholic church. McHenry, when Miss Merrilee Liptrot became the bride of Mr. Wayne C. Tronseh. Miss Liptrot is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert G. Liptrot of 3705 W. Maple avenue, McHenry, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orville Tronsen of 7608 Beach road, Wonder Lake. Rev. Fr. Eugene Baumhofer officiated at the nuptial ceremony at 11:30 o'clock, for which the children's choir offered special music. Miss Liptrot was lovely in a gown of peau de soie, styled with long, tapered sleeves, sabrina neckline, and fitted bodice and skirt embroidered with tiny pearls. The dress had a chapel train which was detachable. Her pearl crown headpiece had a bouffant veil attached, and she carried a bouquet consisting of three African lilies, three dozen stephanotis and six baby roses. Miss Jeanne Liptrot, sister of the bride, acted as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Christine Liptrot, another sister, Lynne Buckie of McHenry, her cousin, and Mrs. William Scheid of McCullom Lake, the groom's sister. They selected street length, aqua sheath dresses of lace over nylon, with matching overskirts, taffeta trimmed, matching aqua shoes and headpieces. All of them wore white gloves and carried bouquets of aqua and white carnations. Anne Liptrot, 6-year-old sister of the bride, was the charming flower girl, wearing a white, knee length dress and carrying a bouquet of aqua and white carnations. Daniel Tronsen of 7608 Beach road, Wonder Lake, brother of the groom, served as best man and groomsmen were Patrick Buckie of McHenry, the bride's Cousin, Jack Rogers of McHenry, cousin of the groom, and Bill Scheid of McCullom Lake, brother-in-laiw of the groom. David Scheid of McCullom Lake, six-year-old nephew of the groom, was the stately ring bearer. Mrs. Liptrot selected a pink silk sheath dress with jacket, Styled with pink satin buttons and small bow on the jacket, pink and white accessories and a white orchid corsage. Mrs. Tronsen wore a blue silk sheath with embroidered skirt and jacket, white accessories and a white orchid corsage. Immediately following the wedding, a reception for 125 guests was held at the McHenry Country club, after which the couple left by auto for Florida, from where they flew to Nassau for a honeymoon trip. Both young people attended McHenry high school. The bridegroom spent three years in Germany with the Army and is now with the nutritional research department of Quaker Oats, Barrington. The bride is a secretary at the local high school. Upon their return, they will reside at 3904 W. Main street. The pretty, dark-naired bride chose a floor length dress ot white, styled with lace bodice and long sleeves. Her crown of aurora borealis and pearls had a shoulder length veil attached, and she carried a bouquet of white stephanotis. Miss Norma Gorr of Griswold Lake acted as maid of honoi and Beverly Griswold of Wonder Lake and Cheryl Adams, sister of the bride, were her bridesmaids. Mary Jo Lucas, a cousin, was the junior bridesmaid. They wore similarly styled, street length sheath dresses with overskirts, with which they wore matching colored crowns and veils, and had bouquets of stephanotis to match their dresses. Miss Gorr was in blue, Miss Griswold-in yellow, Miss Adams in green and Miss Lucas in pink. James Adams, Jr., served as best man for his future brotherin- law, and groomsmen were William Schmidt and Ron Panton. A reception for 100 guests followed the ceremony, held at the Legion home m McHenry. Later, the newlyweds left on a trip into Michigan, and upon their return will reside in Libertyville.
