We are pleased with the interest in this program." Films shown have been purchased by the Woman's auxiliary as a permanent part of the hospital's educational and public relations tools. The films are: "Prenatal Care," "Normal Delivery," and "Labor and Delivery." Dr. Thomas Forrent, mem1)er of the medical staff, will lead the discussion on prenatal care and on labor and delivery. Mrs. Rachael Schmidt,, registered nurse, will take part in the program. Included in the class schedule is a tour ot the hospital's maternity department. READ THE CLASSIFIEDS ANTIQUE SHOW UNIQUE FEATURE OF SUMMER FAIR An antique \show, with automobile. radio and television classes, will be a new feature of the McHenry County Fair, iAug. 1, 2, 3 and 4, according to an announcement by Antique Show Supt. H. C. Wiley of Woodstock. Any McHenry county resident may enter and compete for $250 prize money. Entries were to have reached , the Fair association office, .Route 47 and Calhoun St., by ! Wednesday, July 17, with entry i tee paid, but since it is a new invent, interested persons should (•forward their entries immediately to the fair office. To enter, send name and address jwith $5 entry fee for the aujtomobile class or a $2.50 entry | fee for either the radio or television class. An exhibitor is limited to one entlry per! class. All exhibits must be in operating condition and each exhibitor must be on hand during the judging, on Thursday, Aug. 1, at the following times: Automobile class, 4 p.m.; radio class, 2 p.m.; television class, 4 p.m. The automobile class will consist of cars built before 1940 with original engines. During the judging, each exhibitor will drive the judges around the track at least once. Radio sets must, be made before 1930 and must be in original cabinets free of parts except ttibes, resistors and condensors made since 1930. Is there any way I can clean clear plastic articles? A. These usually can be cleaned safely with lukewarm water and mild soap, either by brush or by soaking. To remove water spots from varnished furniture, use ammonia water, followed furniture polish. Q. How can I insure more tightly-driven nails? A. A nail dipped into some colorless fingernail polish, before being driven, will stay put much longer. This also works with screws. Q. What can I do about ink stains on my rugs? A. As soon as possible after the ink has been spilled on your rug, pour some fresh milk on the spots, then mop it up.
