The citizens' committee has recommended that a separate campus costing tbout $1.95 millioh be established to enable the college administrators to operate under suitable conditions. Since the levied rate of 5 cents per 100 dollars assessed property value will not provide this much money a separate bond issue would have to be approved by the taxpayer's. These bonds would then be paid off over a thirteen-year jxniod by the building levy of 5 cents. The committee has visited junior colleges in Illinois and is convinced that a separate campus, free from conflict with high school schedules will provide a high caliber junior for the county at the least possible cost.
