Bill supervises construction of more than 125 houses a year. He's been doing this chal-^ lenging task as a project superintendent for the past^decade. And Bill' has been wim Ladd's since the company's inception fight after World War II. Bill worked his way through every phase of construction to his present position of- major responsibility. Today he has a work force of 40 people and numerous sub-contractors for. which he is responsible. Hauri also helps supervise the construction of roads and water installations. Good project superintendents help make a job go smoothly and efficiently and Bill is just such a man. Thomas Brink Is Clermont Manager Thomas Brink, 28, a native of Woodstock, heads Ladd Enterprises sales office in Clermont, Woodstock. ' Clermont, a development which is scheduled to include 300 homes, is located on Illinois Route 47 north of Northwod school and west ot Todd Woods. Brink underwent the Crystal Lake-based company's sales training program at Coventry. Brink's great uncle was the first surveyor here. Brink graduated from St. Mary's high school in 1954 and spent two years at the University of Illinois. He was graduated from Chicago Technical College where he majored in architectural engineering. After a four-year stint in the Army, he returned home, selling insurance and then working for the county surveyor. Brink is married to the former Miss Joan Cornelison, and they have two children: Jim, 2, and Connie, six months.
