The Jim WiMiams family were the victims of this situation when they were out for a Sunday drive on April 4, and had it not been for the good Samaritans who drove them all to the Johnsburg Rescue Squad, this incident may have ended in permanent tragedy. An unknown man, woman, and two little girls stopped on Lincoln Road when they saw the Williamses frantically trying to revive the baby and keep the other children breathing deeply, out-side the car, whose doors hung open as they had been flung for escape. "Had they not come, I don't know what would have happened," said Pat. In spite of all their efforts, Pat and the Williamses have not been able to discover who these good people were, and they are most anxious to express their gratitude personally. Anyone knowing their identity, please call 385-0639. And along with the Williams family, we neighbors just thank God for sending these angels of mercy to the rescue, and for seeing that Danny, Deedee, Patty, Jimmy and Pat and Jim were all spared from any permanent damage. - Amen. Eeriee, dearie. lighted nor less prepared. But by the time her favorite cousin, David, and wife, Hazel, arrived at 7:15 p.m., Claire was well prepared -- well, pretty well, if you'll just ignore th# rollers in the hair, etc. . . . They had a wonderful weekend together and Howard and Claire plan to return their visit soon. Candle Capers It was a party all for him while all the older brothers and sisters were GONE to school, and Warren Siepman couldn't have been more delighted. Johnny and Terri Kanter, Ronnie Fiedler and Buster Simmons were Warren's guests for his fifth birthday party on April 5, and the five of them had a ball. Tickled to the quick, Warren hugged each of his guests as they left and exclaimed, "Thank you much for my prizes!" --And the brothers and sisters didn't come off so badly either: they finished off all the goodies after they got home from school.
