SEEPE Earle C. Seepe, 59, a resident of 3007 W. Virginia Street, McHenry, for three years, died in • his home, Thursday, June 10, following a brief illness. Prior to 1962 the Seepes had lived in Mundelein but were summer residents of McHenry for twenty years. The deceased was born Nov. 6, 1905, in Peru, 111. He was personnel director for the A. C. Nielsen Co., Chicago. Mr. Seepe was well known in McHenry, especially for his activity with the McHenry Country Club, of which he was a long time member. Survivors include his wife, Flora; his father, Otto Seepe, residing in Ottawa; and a sister, Mrs. Anita Vaupell of McHenry. His mother, Louise Seepe died in, 1960; The body rested at the George R. Justen & Son funeral home, where Rev. Ernest Carder of the Community Methodist church officiated at last rites at 11 o'clock Saturday Graveside services were held Sunday in Peru City cemetery -at 2. o'clock. survived by one daughter, Mrs. William H. (Lillian) Bradley and Anton, Jr., of Lakeland Park; one sister, Mrs. Anna Martin of Chicago;" three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. The body rests at the Peter M. Justen & Son funeral home. Services will be held at 1:30 Friday afternoon, with Rev. Ernest Carder officiating. Burial will be in Town of Maine cemetery, Park Ridge. 1 SCOTT MARSTON Last rites were conducted Monday in Chicago for Scott Marston, former resident of Lakemoor. Burial was in All Saint's cemetery. . Mr. Marston died the last of the week in Garfield Park hospital, Chicago, where he was confined since returning from California two months ago. He moved West from Lakemoor a year ago. The body rested at the Hursen funeral home until the time of last rites. GEORGE A. PALMER G'66rge A. Palmer, 65, father of Gerald of Fox River Grove, died June 16 at McHenry hospital where he had been a patient for 3 days. The body was transferred to the Christian Funeral home, 925 3rd Street, Rockford, by "the George R. Justen & Son funeral home. ANTON NOEL Anton Noel, formerly of 1611 N. Meac*ow Lane, Lakeland Park*-died Tuesday, June 15, at the Woodstock Residence, where he had been living for two years. His death followed a short illness. Mr. Noel, 75, was born in Hungary Sept. 17, 1889, and lived in the McHenry area for about nine years after moving here from Chicago. For many years he owned and operated his own tailor shop in the city. His wife, Rose, preceded him in death May 25, 1961. He is AGNES CELOSKY Services were held Monday from - St. Bede's Catholic church, Fox Lake, for Mrs. Agnes Weber Celosky, 77, of Fox Lake, mother of Anton Weber of Pistakee Bay. STEPHEN DWYER Stephen Dwyer, 72, of 6513 State Park Road, Spring Grove, died Friday, June 11, in Condell Memorial Hospital, Libertyville, following a short illness. Mr. Dwyer was born March 15, 1893, in Chicago and had lived at Spring Grove for about twenty years. He is survived by his widow, Margaret; a grandchild, three brothers and three sisters. Services were held from the Hamsher chapel in Fox Lake, with burial in St. Peter cemetery, Spring Grove. JACOB REITER A funeral Mass was sung in St. Mary's Catholic church Tuesday morning for Jacob W. Reiter, 64, of Chicago, who died in that city June 12. His mother, Elizabeth Reiter, resides here. Young, 56, died of a heart attack Tuesday evening, June 15, at his real estate office in Elgin. Mr. Young was born in McHenry, a son of the late John and Katherine. Young, and attended the local schools. He is survived by his wife, Gladys; two daughters, Kathleen and Carol; six sisters, Mrs. Arthur Smith, Mrs. Charles Dowe, Mrs. Stephen Smith and Miss Rosina Young of McHenry, Mrs. Arnold Reinert of Elgin and Sister Edulfa of Warrenville, 111.; and two brothers, Clarence of McHenry and Louis of Waukegan. HOSPITAL TO SPONSOR OPEN MEETING JUNE 22 Anthony Corcoran, McHenry hospital administrator, has announced that an open meeting will be held at the Johnsburg Community Club on June 22 at 8 p.m. in an effort to more thoroughly inform the public as to the objectives and future plans of the hospital, which when completed, will be a 137 patient-bed facility. The need of this area for larger and more adequate facilities and more modern equipment and care will be explained -- as well as the importance of up-to-date and available emergency room service. Virgil Pollock, general campaign chairman for the recent fund drive, will show colored slides and will explain in detail the new three-story construction and the self-care and intensive care units which will be completed by the end , of the year. FLOWER SHOW A flower show representing the combined efforts of Crystal Lake's five garden clubs will be held at the Lakewood village hall Friday, June 18, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, June 19, from noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday, June 20, from noon to 5 p!m. been confined for about three weeks. A former McHenry resident for several years, she had resided recently at 868 S. Main Street, Algonquin. She was very active in club work, first in McHenry and later in Algonquin, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her hobby w§s painting, which afforded much pleasure both to the artist and to those who viewed her works. Her husband, Atty. Joseph X. Wayne, died in 1958. She has no immediate survivors except a cousin, Mrs. Alice Trybus, of Snyder, New York, who came to McHenry for the funeral. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery.
