The entire by-law committee was not present so no report on the proposed amendment was given. There was some discussion on methods which could be used to revive interest in the association. One of the possibilities brought up was that the trustees should contact t be new people of the community to inform them of the purpose-of the assoication and feo let them know of the meeting nights and in this way will know what is going on in the communjty.
