Riverside Dr. Mdfflmr? DO YOU OWN 40 to 60 ACRES OF LAND Within 5 to 10 Miles of Woodstock or Harvard If you own an acreage of this size, priced from $600 to $900 an acre, and if you pre really interested in selling it, please call us. We have three different young businessmen clients who have expressed a desire to buy farm land, with or without improvements. They are looking for land near Woodstock or Harvard. Each of these buyers has $25,000 to $30,000 in cash to pay down. They would prefer that the seller take back a note and first mortgage for the balance and that this balance of payments extend over a period«of ten years with interest at 6%. Our firm has been rather fortunate and quite active in selling farm properties and we'll be glad to supply any farm owner with references from McHenry County farmers whose land we have sold at good prices and on satisfactory terms. We are not just seeking "listings" of farms and we are not making a general claim about "having buyers". We simply have three specific requests now for this type of property in these areas, so if you have land that is fairly priced, considering the character and location of the property, please contact us.
