Walking hand-in-hand with the warm wood grains and simple lines of the country look are the more conventional fabric patterns in cheerful reds, yellows, blues and greens. Along with the Early American, the fine reproductions of the 18th century English were also seen at the market. The Chippendale camelback sofa, for example, has returned along with an emphasis on more comfortable and softer lines in the cushions and styling. The wing chair, with high back and wings is with us again, complete with flowing curves and Queen Anne cabriole legs. All very good news for the shopper who enjoys the richness of mahogany for that is the wood used extensively.
