Young lads from 3 through 12 must register Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at the beachhouse if they wish to play ball this year. The fee for the season has not yet been determined, but that will be taken care of at another time. The most important thing now is for the boys to register. There is a great deal of aduit function in connection with little league and many fathers will be needed for coaching, umpiring, and managing. It is suggested that dads accompany their lads Monday night. All boys . from McCullom Lake, West Shore Beach, Ringwood and Lake wood Road are eligible to join this organization. CULLOM-KNOLL MEETS ON SUNDAY, APRIL 7 A very important meeting of the Cullom-Knoll association will be held Sunday, April 7, at 3 p.m. in the beachhouse. Final arrangements will be made for the annual Easter party on the thirteenth and further plans for the spring dance, scheduled for June 15 will also be made. It is most important that all officers, trustees and members or the club be present on Sunday. KRAZY HAT PARTY FOR NEXT THURSDAY There should be an interesting array of fancy headgear being modeled by the women of the com"nuiiity next Thursday, April 11, when the Ladies of the Lake will hold their annual Krazy hat party. Prizes will be awarded for the prettiest, funniest, and most original. The gals come up with some pretty unusual chapeaux and are a delight to see. TEEN ACTIVITY REPORT There will be no meeting of the teen club, Tuesday, April 9. The young fellas and girls had a marvelous outing in Johnsburg last Sunday and must have set some kind of a record when it comes to eating pizza. Gary Kumpula was the star of the day with a high game of 158. When they had finished bowling, all the young people gathered in the dining room and 12 of them polished off six! large pizzas. Steve Lundy came later and made the thirteenth but he did get in on the feast. Fred Mattesius was in the area and stopped by to see if Gerry Jensen needed some help with transportation. She did, and he took some of the .fellas and girls home. Patty Odom acted as chauffeur, also. In addition to those already named, Kathy and Diane Klapperich, Pixie Lundy, Nancy Matthesius, Jackie Fisher, Sandy Betts, Jackie Whitney, Darcy Watson, and Frank Lorch made up the group. They returned to the beachhouse and played ping pong for a short while. Jeff Levesque to his family last week, divulged the news that he had graduated from electrical . school and was being transferred to Camp Pendleton, Calif., and scheduled for duty in Vietnam in three weeks. The news was hard for us to take because he was given no furlough to come home before his transfer. Jeff has been in the service since Sept. 29, 1967 and has a 13 month tour of duty in the far east. As soon as an address becomes available, we shall print it. BOWLING Dick Sanford was top bowler, last Friday and racked up an impressive 212 game and a 543 series. Kenlngersolmadea fine showing with a 193 for a 541 series. Frank Kurth deserves honorable mention for a 175 game. The ladies didn't fare as well and Gerry Jensen was high with a 168 game for a 445 series. Bev Zilinskas took secondplace with a 168 and a 440. Jackie FiSher who joined the ranks late, turned in a 141.
