This passage from Paul's second letter to the Corinthians is part of the Responsive Reading of this week's Christian Science Bible Lesson - Sermon titled " Doctrine of Atonement". It will be read in all of the denomination's churches this Sunday. In Christian Science society, Lincoln road and . Eastwood lane, the Sunday service begins at 10:30 a.m. One of the related passages to be read from the denominational textbook is the following: " Jesus of Nazareth taught and demonstrated man's oneness with the Father, and for this we owe him endless homage. His mission was both individual and collective. He did life's work aright not only to justice to himself, but in mercy to mortals - to show them how to do theirs,' but not to do it for them nor to relieve them of a single responsibility."
