iV" - V LAKELAND Carole Humann LAST OFFICIAL PACK MEETING i f SET FOR MONDA 1| f : Ttie Cub.Scout Pack meeting' will be held on Monday, Dec. 16, at 7:30 p.m. at the community house. This will be the official Christmas party for the boy? and so will be a joyous time for all attending. Each boy is to bring a 50 cents grab bag gift for the gift exchange. Refreshments will be served and games and prizes are on the agenda. All the boy s are invited to bring their families along as is the usual practice for Cub Pack meetings. In spite of all the gaity planned the evening is doomed to end on a note of failure because this will be the last official meeting of the pack. Because of a lack of adult help the pack must disband as of Dec. 16. The charter will not expire until January and the pack can be re-activated up until then. "The present officers can no longer carry on without additional adult help. The pleas for a Cubmaster and a Webelos Denmaster have been ignored and . so the boys, who have been very eager will no longer be able to be Cub Scouts. Unless, that is, enough concerned adults come forward to give some of their ' time for the boys. GIRL SCOUT TROOP 320 , Dec. 4. We opened ourinves- 1 titure with the flag ceremony given by Patrol 2.
