McHenry was placed in the tough Mundelein District, dominated by the Mundelein team, which stands a good chance at the state tournament. Kashmiri, McHenry, died Monday evening, Feb. 17, in McHenry hospital, where he had been confined for two weeks following a heart attack. Mr. Siemon was born Dec. 19 1898, in New Haven, Conn., and the family moved to McHenry twenty-four years ago from the Beverly Hills area of Chicago. He was a retired traffic manager for the Western division of Lehigh Valley Railroad. Survivors are his wife, Marjorie Moore Siemon, to whom he had beejjf married forty-six years; bne son, Ellsworth G., Jr., of Sun Valley, Idaho; three daughters, Mar. Marjorie Stastny of McHenry, Mrs. Nancy (Joseph) Sweeney of White Bear Lake, Wis., and Mrs. Sally (Robert) Harwood of Crystal Lake; eighteen grandchildren and one brother, Lester, of Woodmont, Conn. The body is at rest at the Peter M. Justen and Son funeral home. A Mass will be offered at 10 o'clock TTiursdayat St. Patrick's Catholic church, with interment in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to the heart fund, or spiritual bouquets. LOTTIE BRANSFORD Mrs. Lottie Bransford, 83, was found dead in her home at 517 N. Santa Barbara, Lakemoor, early Monday afternoon, Feb. 17, by neighbors. Death was believed to have resulted from a heart attack. Mrs. Bransford was born in Chicago April 13, 1885. She had been a permanent resident of the area for thirty-five years and before that time spent the summer here. Her husband, Renich, died in 1934. Her only survivors are a daughter, Mrs. R.E. (Thelma) Bloomstrand of Winfield, 111., and a brother, Frank Eckebrecht, of Chicago. The deceased was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. The body will rest at the Peter M. Justen and Son funeral home after 7 o'clock Wednesday evening, where Rev. Raymond White of the First United Methodist church ,will officiate at last rites Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery, Skokie. HAROLD E. WARDELL Harold E. Wardell, 44, died Sunday, Feb. 16, at his home, 11100 Price road, Hebron. He formerly made his home in the rural McHenry area, and at the time of his death was employed by Brake Parts, McHenry. The deceased was born Feb. 8, 1,925, in Illinois. He was a member of the local Legion Post, No. 491. Survivors are his. wife, Evelyn (Burkes); four children, Marguerite, Debra, Richard and Bruce, all at home; and one'brother, Richard. , The body rests at the George R. Justen andSonchapel, where Rev. MARGARET BEATTY Miss Margaret Beatty, named "Teacher of the Year" at Woodstock in 1962, died Sunday, Feb. 16, in Quincy hospital. She retired that year after instructing history classes since 1923. Miss Beattys brother, Dr. E.C.O. Beatty, was a teacher, -principal and superintendent at WCHS and later a professor of education at Northern Illinois university.
