AIR-SAFETY PROGRAM A two-year safety program by the Lancers, a new federal aviation administration safetyeducation team, will be inaugurated in Peoria March 12-15. During the following two weeks similar clinics will be held in Carbondale and Rockford. Purpose of the special safety meeting is to assist airmen in upgrading t^eir abilities and in keeping informed of general aviation's growth in Illinois.
