Carlin of 140 W. Rand road, Lakemoor, died April 25 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, while on a trip. He became ill Feb. 8 and was hospitalized in that city. Mr. Carlin, 64, was born in Chicago March 10, 1905. He came to Lakemoor about five years ago from Volo, where In had resided for seven years, and before that made his home in Villa Park. He was a sign painter by trade. Survivors are his wife, Ruth; a son, William, Jr., anda daughter, Patricia. Services were conducted at 2 o'clock Tuesday Afternoon at the Peter M. Justen & Son chapel, with Rev. Raymond L. White of the First United Methodist church officiating. Burial was in Woodland cemetery. PAUL V. KENNETT Paul V. Kennett of 1918 N. Oak drive, Lakeland Park, died Sunday, April 27 in McHenry hospital after suffering a heart attack. He was 84 years of age. Mr. Kennett was born in Chi-, cago May 17, 1884. He had resided here for the past two years, coming to the area from Maywood. The deceased was a, retired painting and decorating contractor. The husband of Louise A. Kennett, he was the father of Donald of Hinsdale, Gordon of Eureka Springs, Ark., Girard Schafbuch of. Hammond, bid., and Col. Donald Schafbuch of Fort Bliss, Texas. How Can I? WED.
