MICHAEL HOPP CHRISTENED Little Michael Scott Hopp was christened at St. John's church in Johns burg on Sunday with his Aunt Joyce Hopp as godmother and Jake Hopp as his godfather. A family dinner was served by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vic Hopp, to a host of relatives and friends. CARD CLUB MEETS The ladies card club met last Wednesday in the home of Mrs. Clara Cristy. Mrs. Mabel Hawley took high score for the afternoon with Miss Mae Wied- rich taking low. CALIFORNIA VISITORS Mr. and Mrs. Wolf Shadle have enjoyed a visit from their son and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Shadle, and family from Miraslite, Calif. They also spent some time with the Pries fam ily in McHenry. Sally Shadle served her cousin, Susan Pries, as bridesmaid recently also. They returned to California on Wednesday. BIRTHDAYS, ETC.
