PG.2 - PLAINDEALER - FRIDAY, DEC. 19,1969 Suits Filed In Circuit Court Several suits have been filed in Circuit court on behalf of local residents. Arthur R. Sullivan, Violet, and Ray C. Sullivan and Jerry L. Sullivan, through their moth­ er, Violet Sullivan, have filed a $130,000 suit naming Charles Coles of McHenry for personal injury. They claim that last June 30, vehicles driven by Arthur Sul­ livan and Charles Coles were involved in an accident near the intersection of Rt. 120 and Charles street, in which the Sullivans "were caused to sus­ tain severe injuries, both phys­ ical and mental". Arthur Sullivan asks $100,- 000, Violet, Jerry and Ray, $10,000 each. In another suit, filed by Coles, he denies some of the allega­ tions contained in the other complaint, says he is not guilty of carelessness and negligence and states he is not indebted , to, or liable in any way.
