Stinespring, Jr., has been engaged in the private practice of law in Chicago, Illinois, for over thirty-one years and is the sen­ ior partner in the firm of St ine - spring and Stinespring, Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Asso­ ciation and American Bar Asso- tion Section of Corporation, Bank­ ing and Business Law. He is also Secretary and Director of Automa­ tic Spring Coiling Company, Chi­ cago; Director of Chicago Manufac­ turing Company, Chicago; and Trus­ tee and Treasurer of McHenry Hos­ pital Board of Trustees. Harry J. Hoffmann retired Jan­ uary 1, 1968, from the Skokie Trust and Savings Bank, Skokie, Illinois, where he was Vice President and Auditor from' 1960 until his re­ tirement. From 1951 to 1960, he held the position of Vice President and Cashier of the West Irving State Bank, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Hoff­ mann has been a member of the Illinois State Bankers Association for over fifty years and holds their service pin for over 50 years in the banking business. He is also a member of several banking and trade associations. Paul S. Jessup is President of Jessup Manufacturing Company and Jessup Industries, McHenry, Illin­ ois. He is also Vice-President of Coldstream Investments. Jessup Manufacturing Company is a mem­ ber of the Illinois Manufacturers Association and the McHenry Count - ty Manufacturers Association. Mr. jessup is a past president of the latter organization. ' <• David T. Kent is Secretary and Treasurer of The Kent Corporation, McHenry, Illinois, which he joined in 1957. He is a licensed real estate and insurance broker. Kent Corpor­ ation is a member of the National ^Association of Real Estate Boards and Illinois Independent Insurance Agents Association. Lyle C. Davidson received his Masters Degree from Washington State University in 1961 and taught high school until 1963, when he be­ came a Sales Engineer for Morton Chemical Ccynpany, a division of Morton International, Inc. In 1967 he joined American Can Company as a Development Specialist in re­ search and development. Mr. Da­ vidson is now president of DAVCO, Inc., manufacturing chemists and consultants specializing in house­ keeping. Mr. Cain is now a partner in the firm of Rose and Christienson, C.P.A.'s Waukegan, Illinois. He is a member Qf the American Institute of Certified Pub­ lic Accountants, Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants Christian E. Jepsen is President of Jepsen Tire Company, McHenry, Illinois, which he formed in 1963 to .purchase the business of Mar- ticke & Nixon, Inc., which Mr. Jepsen served as Vice President and General Manager for fifteen years. Jepsen Tire Company is a member of the National Tire Deal­ ers Association. Harry H. Hans for the past twelve years has been ^President of Bur­ ton Auto Spring Corporation, Chi­ cago, Illinois. Burton Auto Spring Corporation is a member of the Truck-Trailer Manufacturer's As­ sociation. Anthony Corcoran is Administra­ tor of McHenry Hospital, a posi­ tion he assumed in 1962. Prior to 1962 he served in administration capacities at hospitals in Cloquet and Duluth, Minnesota, and Waynes- burg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Corcoran is a Senior Member of the Ameri- ican Association of Hospital Ac­ countants and is a Director of the McHenry County Board of Health.
