Swank, deputy director of the Illinois Department of Public Aid. He said, "The actual rise is not yet known because complete data are not yet available on some programs. However, it is known that there was an in­ crease of 37,326 in the number of persons receiving money payments from either aid to dependent children or assistance to the aged, blind or disabled.
