EYE EXAMINATIONS A tumor of the brain, by increasing the pressure within the skull, can cause a swelling of the optic nerve. It is not unusual for the diagnosis of a brain tumor to be made by an alert eye physician according to the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness. It is only late in the course of a tumor that sight becomes af fected. A skillful neurosurgeon has saved many a patient's life and sight by early removal of a brain tumor, particularly Sn recent years when there haire been so many advances in tnis field of surgery. This is just^ne more reason why a routine eye examination is advised for all adults. MR. AND MRS. MICHAEL WAGNER BRIDAL COUPLE - Miss Mary R.
