WRONG IDENTIFICATION It has been learned that the tentative identification of a name released by the Sheriffs department following a narco tics arrest Aug. 29 at the New Place, teen-age night club near Algonquin, was incorrect. Fur ther investigation revealed that the person arrested was a 17- year-old juvenile using the i- dentification of Miss1, Joyce Freeman, 21, of 859 Spring street, Elgin.
