Featuring fall fashions at Andre's restaurant in Rich mond, the benefit luncheon is called "Country Couture." "We expect to make this an annual event," says Mrs. David Ladd, co-chairman from Crystal Lake. But a problem has developed because reservations are needed a week ahead of the event, and Mrs. Ladd asks that persons planning to come send in their reservations so adequate arrangements can be assured. Added information may be obtained by calling the Mental Health Center at McHenry or by contacting Mrs. Ladd or Mrs. Peter Griesbach, co- chairman with Mrs. Ladd Starting time is 11 a.m., with a social hour followed by the luncheon and fashion show at noon Tuesday, Nov. 2. According to Barrington Hills police, Ahlgren apparently lost control of his car at the in tersection and his car left the road and struck a tree broadside. The deceased, well known in this area, was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter King, Sr., of Baraboo, Wis. He was em ployed in Fox River Grove and was a Navy veteran.
