ASKSUPPORT "Editor: "We need the help of many local concerned citizens at this tiifie. Our state legislature is meeting now. One of the bills they are considering in the Senate is Bill 1112. This bill is a professional negotiations bill covering all public employees who wish to organize them selves to bargain with their employers. "Our own state of Illinois has no professional negotiations bill now, which would help to eliminate some of the strife and strikes by public employees who do try to negotiate. So in the past year we have watched school teachers strike in a number of places. We all recall $e "blue flu "suffered by other groups, also. A good bill by the state legislature would help ease these crisis situations, since it would set up some guidelines and mandate some, good-faith negotiating. "Please help us contact Senator Berning and Senator Collins at the State House, Springfield. Ask for their sup port when SB 1112 comes up for their vote. "There ought to be a Law" campaign. "Your help will be much appreciated. "Sincerely, "(Miss) Margaret J.
